So here we are, the first post on my own blog. I wonder if anyone will ever read it.
Why "Half a minute?" This derives from an old West Country saying indicating that the listener has detected a flaw in the logic of the story teller and is usually preceded by "Here" but without the H. If the listener is upset he may insert the word "Bloody" so turning the full sentence into "Ere, alf a bloody minute."
Regardless of readers, I shall here point out the flaws of the news stories of the day as I see them. I hope that I don't rant, but I may. I shall certainly be politically incorrect and tell things as I see them rather than be a traitor to the intelligence that God gave me. I shall try to be topical and amusing as I believe that smiling is important. Finally, I shall rarely be negative for the sake of spreading doom and gloom. There are far too many people doing that in the world already.
